Spent my final months at Barin. Have one buddy , Herb Fickett from Bangor Maine remaining. We still communicate regularly. He lives in Georgia. We led a busy life there Day and Night flying and 4 hour watches every 4th day. I worked at the Tactical hanger and was responsible for the skippers ship, the weather plane, 6 NTS’s, 1 hospital cub and all visiting aircraft.
