Was stationed at Barin Field from 1957/1958. Was attached to Supply & helped close Barin. Was assigned the remaining time at Sauftley Field in Pensacola. Attended a Barin Field reunion about 18 yrs ago and tried to discuss with the former Foley Mayor to have another but fruitless. Still live in this area know others that still are around here.
