I arrived at Barin field April 1958, straight from boot camp at Great Lakes. Worked in the library and Chaplains office for about 6 months , then off to Pensacola for a couple more months . January 1959 to sea duty for 3 more years.
Thanks Matt, We were at Barin about the same time. I also transferred to Pensacola for a year or so, then off for sea duty.
