Notes for Roger Allen Sr GRAVES
Raised in the Detroit area. Graduated Lee M. Thurston H.S. in Redford twsp. with Diane, and re-met her after discharge from the Navy. Dated for a year before marriage on April 28, 1962.

Roger worked in Law Enforcement for 33 years, including 4 years as Police Chief of Leoni Township, Jackson County, Michigan. In 1981 he was hired by the City of Marshall as Police Chief and later Director of Public Safety. After serving 19 years, Roger retired in 2000. He then subsitute taught in the Marshall Schools until 2002, when he was hired as a Magistrate in the 10th District Court for Calhoun County, Michigan. He retired from that position in 2010.

Roger is an avid golfer at the Marshall Country Club, golfing with the Senior Golf Group on Tuesdays and most every other day with friends. He also enjoys an occasional round with his sons Roger and Randy and Grandsons, Roger III, Michael and Levi.
